Industrial engineer with social commitment and vast experience in information technology. She studied Industrial Engineering at Universidad de Lima and obtained an MBA at Adolfo Ibáñez Management School. Currently, she is a member of the Board of Directors of Alicorp, Banco Pichincha Peru, HElloZum, CARE Peru and OWIT. In addition, she participates as a mentor in the startup accelerator at Endeavor Peru.

She has served as Minister of Production in Peru. Previously, she was secretary of the Digital Government (SeGDi), a specialized technical body under the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM). From there, she promoted transactions digitalization processes in the Peruvian Government.

She has worked at Microsoft for 15 years. She started as manager of Corporate Accounts and New Businesses, she continued as country manager, director of Corporate Accounts for the Andean region, director of Public Sector-Multi Country Americas, director of Marketing and Business and, finally, as commercial director. She has served as president of the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru and is a member of the Indecopi Advisory Council and the CCL Justice Committee. Before finishing her studies, she worked at IBM, for 13 years. There, she started as a Senior Sales Representative and ended up as a Software Manager, a fact that led her career to technology.
