Former president of PepsiCo’s Latin America Beverages Division before he was president of the same business from 2007 to 2020. During his 30 years at PepsiCo he has held multiple positions: Franchise Manager for Peru and Ecuador, General Manager for Central America, Vice President Franchises México, and general manager of the North Latin America Beverage Business Unit. He has been the architect of significant profit and revenue growth for the company, driven by an aggressive innovation agenda and the evolution of the Pepsi bottling system, as well as a strong commitment to sustainability, development of people and diversity.

In 2012 he received the Leadership Award from the Organization of American States for promoting entrepreneurship among the youth of the Americas and in 2010 he received the Steve Reinemund Leadership Legacy Award, PepsiCo’s highest recognition of leadership, diversity, and inclusion. He is on the board of directors of CARE Peru and is an advisor to the Young Americas Business Trust Council (YABT). Before joining PepsiCo, he worked for Procter & Gamble in Peru for 6 years.
