Modelos efectivos
The fact of having systematizations and clear evidence allowed local governments to be convinced of the importance of issuing regulations in favor of the economic empowerment of women. From this, 25 local governments did.
Aprendizajes
- Although the project has worked transversally with men to make visible and value the women work, as well as their business role, no monitoring and follow-up actions were planned to account for progress. It is necessary to negotiate a specific budget with donors for its execution.
- The project must involve second-level women’s organizations to expand the commitment and coverage of the participants in more areas of the country.
- The educational level of the entrepreneurial woman is not a limitation for the use of technology, it allows them to connect faster with the dynamics or demands of the market.
