Achieve that, vulnerable localities in the Piura and Lambayeque regions strengthen their community resilience in health and protection, in order for them to be the first agents to implement protection and prevention measures against Gender-Based Violence (GBV) hazards and for health care in humanitarian emergencies from the gender, inclusion and rights perspectives.
