Population affected by the Coastal Child Phenomenon 2017 and institutional beneficiaries. For the selection of the intervention communities, a diagnosis of the affected and affected population was carried out.

- Select business ideas that involve the participation of men in order to make them participate and integrate masculinity issues due to the strong local machismo.
- The preparation of risk management plans requires inputs that must be previously worked on, such as risk estimates, information on available resources, information on backgrounds of phenomena that have occurred, etc.
